Medical
Documented medical exception
For a same-day medical emergency, send valid clinical documentation. After verification, you may choose a 100% refund to the original payment method or reschedule, subject to availability.
No-show
If you do not show up
We will try to contact you and may help reschedule, subject to availability. If we cannot reach you or rescheduling is not possible, no refund applies.
