We offer fair, transparent cancellations. Timing determines the refund percentage.
Standard policy
- 100% refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the service time.
- 80% refund for same‑day cancellations made before the service start time.
- No refund after the service start time or in case of no‑show.
How to cancel
To request a cancellation, sign in to My bookings and submit a cancellation request. If your service is within 24 hours, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
