Miro.travel is a Destination Management Company (DMC), duly constituted as a Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, United States, with operational activity in the Dominican Republic.

1. Scope of Services

Miro.travel specializes in the planning, coordination, and execution of destination-based services, including but not limited to:

- Ground transportation for individuals and groups;

- Guided tours and curated excursions;

- Hospitality logistics and on-site support;

- Custom solutions for corporate delegations or special-interest travelers.

Service availability depends on various factors, including local regulatory compliance, weather conditions, infrastructure readiness, provider capacity, and seasonal demand. Specific limitations or exclusions will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

2. Eligibility and Client Responsibility

Use of our services is limited to individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding agreements. By initiating a transaction or inquiry, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age;

- All data submitted is accurate and current;

- You assume responsibility for all individuals included in your booking;

- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations in the use of our services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all individuals included in your reservation meet any physical, legal, or logistical requirements needed to safely and lawfully participate in the services booked.

3. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation

Bookings are processed via our secure online platform. Unless otherwise stated, full prepayment is required to confirm any service. Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or local currency equivalent and are subject to change prior to payment completion.

A confirmation receipt will be provided upon successful transaction. Clients are responsible for reviewing booking details and notifying us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy

- Free cancellation or rescheduling is permitted up to 4:00 PM AST on the day prior to the scheduled service.

- Cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.

- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

- Certain offerings may be non-refundable or subject to special conditions; such terms will be disclosed during the booking process.

If a confirmed service is altered or canceled by Miro.travel due to operational reasons, clients will be offered either a full refund or a suitable alternative, subject to availability.

5. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

Clients agree not to:

Miro.travel makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, and the client acknowledges responsibility for evaluating whether the services offered are appropriate for their personal circumstances, intended use, or risk tolerance:

- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of website content;

- Compatibility of services with individual preferences or expectations;

- Continuous, error-free, or virus-free operation.

Clients are encouraged to independently assess whether a service is suitable for their needs. Where limitations of warranties are restricted by local law, this disclaimer shall apply to the maximum extent permissible.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miro.travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage resulting from:

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miro.travel, its directors, affiliates, partners, staff, and legal representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from misuse of services, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights. Miro.travel reserves the right to assume exclusive defense in such matters.

10. Force Majeure

Miro.travel is not responsible for delays, alterations, or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies, political instability, or regulatory actions.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Access to services and online tools may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in cases involving:

- Fraudulent behavior or abuse;

Termination does not relieve the client of obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

Since Miro.travel provides its services in the Dominican Republic. These Terms and Conditions, as well as any matters relating to the use of this website and the services provided by Miro.travel, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are contracted and rendered, unless otherwise expressly stated. In the absence of such designation, the governing law shall be that of the Dominican Republic, and any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

By engaging Miro.travel's services, the user expressly agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the country and domicile of the Miro.travel entity that rendered the service. The user further waives any right to invoke jurisdiction based on their present or future domicile or any other territorial rule that may otherwise apply.
